On Sunday evening my friend John “Scully” O’Sullivan was killed in rural Amador County. This was the first violent death in the county this year. but Even one is way to many, and John was a friend.
John and his wife and business partner Krista Clem, are area real estate developers, and we all know that right now developers are at best “looking forward to better times…”

I can’t believe what I am reading about John! I was born in UK in Sculthorpe in 58. I moved here in 73. I live about 30 miles away in El Dorado County.
They attempted to smear my wife and I when we started complaining about our neighbor who was connected to local politics. The county fixed his felonies. It’s a long bloody story! http://www.preventmurder.org tells it. Sorry I am a builder not a writer, but it gets the point across.
Magistrate Brennan is my Judge in a federal case against officials here. I asked for a protection order, because this guy Dave Randall threatened to shoot my family. We got him on video and witnesses violating restraining orders but the police protected his rights to assault, threaten to murder, witness tamper and all that other stuff. I filed a complaint against a Judge James Wagoner who told the jury they had to believe the criminal defendant was “truthful and Honest” So they did and acquitted him when he said the 8 witnesses against him only were lying. The Counsel on judicial performance took a “corrective action against” against the judge on June 30th, They still allow him to the right to harm crime victims by his action.
Why, after John was murdered, would Brennan not protect us? Is it easier to allow people who exercise free speech that exposes corruption to be murdered?
