John is a good guy! As for Gold Rush Ranch and the situation you so eliquently describe, I couldn't agree with you more! Every time I read or hear "news" about it the theme song "Ticky Tacky" and the intro from WEEDS plays in my head. Repeatedly the statement that the Amador County Board Of REALTORS unanimously supports GRR has plaid on local media. I want to scream it from the mountain tops, THIS ONLY MEANS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, NOT ALL OF US REALTORS! I for one look around and think, we need small, local, green, development built by local craftspeople, one at a time, with individuality to match our communities. If we need development at all.
